Millwood Hospital and The Excel Center offer free, confidential assessments, referrals and admission services. Following the assessment, the access center staff will make referrals to outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or inpatient care based on individual treatment needs.

The Excel Center Arlington offers no-charge assessments by appointment Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m by calling (817) 404-2207. You can also contact the Access Center at Millwood Hospital seven days a week, 24 hours a day to schedule a no-charge assessment by calling (817) 261-3121.
